JC is an ambassador wolf who is tolerant of people and generally remains calm and friendly, especially if you keep scratching him! He accompanies his human caretakers to public educational demonstrations to illustrate that although wolves are NOT pets, they are far more complex and intelligent than the blood-thirsty-killer image that persists to this day.
